Posto numero uno

Okay, so we've done it. We've taken the plunge. We resisted this like we resisted getting a cell phone and reading Harry Potter. That changed, and now the tides of change have swept us in this world as well.

So that's a bit dramatic. Maybe I'll get better at this, but for now I just wanted to get some pictures up documenting he growth of our cute little monkey and Halloween stuff.

Buzz happens to be in this picture, but we are meaning to feature Bo Peep, who drew raves all night. I must agree with the ravers.

Buzz in all his glory. I tell you, the DI is a goldmine for costumes if my wife is doing a little modification.

And the whole cast of Toy Story 2. I wish Jesse's shirt was a little more visible, because it was pretty neat. This is after Noah's parade, where most of the kids looked at me like I was insane. Maybe they're not too far off.

And now for the progress report. These are about two weeks old, so she's changed a little, but not too much.

Looking a little concerned about being marooned on the couch. It's easy to forget how small babies really are.

This is usually how she looks when Bo Peep tries to hold her. It's not really a great experience for either of them.

We did some major tree-cutting last month and ended up with a pile of leaves that really wasn't a pile of leaves, but hard prickly branches that wasn't too much fun to dive into.

And so it ends in rather unglorious fashion. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
